The University of Arizona's Data Sciences Academy presents the new Educators in Data Science (EDSci) Fellowship, an opportunity for middle and high school Arizona educators to support their effort to bring real-world data science learning experiences into their classroom. Using data science as a tool, students can explore answers to their questions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
Any subject can benefit from a data science perspective boost! Now is the time to learn and teach the skills necessary for our data driven world.
Important Dates
- Q & A Live Session with Academy Staff: April 15, 4PM. Register here.
- Deadline for EDSci Applications: May 2, 2021. Apply here. The application requires a Letter of Support. A template can be downloaded from the EDSci Fellowship webpage.
- Fellows will be notified by May 7, 2021.
- Virtual Summer PD session: June 7 - 11, 2021
- Fellowship: June 11, 2021 through May 1, 2022
